• Responsible for providing direct nursing care as ordered by a physician, outlined in the plan of care, and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.

• Takes charge in leading and directing resident/patient care on assigned shift.

• Directly supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure assignments and care are completely based on professional standards.
